favorite fidget toys:

Wacky Tracks Snap & Click  – I have several of these around my space. I have one attached to my keys, next to my bed, in my car, in my bathroom, etc.

Zipper Bracelet Fidget – These are handy to snap onto my keys or belt loop to have ready when I’m out and about.

Sensory Calm Strips – I have these in various places & they’re textured to rub your fingers/nails on. These are adhesive and can be attached where you want!

Pliable Erasers –  I have one of these for my art, and it ends up being used as a fidget more than an eraser!

Feeling like you have a lot to say and no space to let it all out? Maybe you want to talk through what’s on your mind or you’re looking for a nonjudgemental listener who can support you in looking into different tools for coping. I relate!

I offer one-on-one peer support sessions as a place for you to explore what recovery and making some life changes could look like for you.

This time is for you. As a neurodivergent human, I have found that by having someone else aware of what I am going through and offering support, I have been able to make so many positive changes in my life.

Click here to learn more about peer support.

Peer support is: voluntary, open-minded, mutual and reciprocal, transparent, person driven, strengths-focused, and equally shared power. Peer supporters: facilitate change, are respectful, are honest and direct, are empathetic, are hopeful
